The first task was just free thinking what I wanted on the site. This may lead to duplicate thoughts and ideas, but the goal is to get as much out as possible.

Next I create the beginnings of an Information Architecture. This is a list of menu items. Normally I would use flow charts or other means to create a visual. In this case I am just creating menus.
